1969 – Sally & David Start Their Married Life
It was 1965 when Sally & David met in high school. They were inseparable. In 1969, they married at a beautiful wedding with their supportive families joining them. Young marriage in that era meant that David worked hard to provide for the family and Sally always had dinner on the table. Quality of life was determined by their home life and growing a family.
1971 – Along Came the Babies
In a few short years, Sally & David had 3 children. Life was busy! Sally often thought about her own mother and how she raised five children. Just as her mother taught her to have integrity and character, Sally used daily lessons to make sure her own children were raised in the same way. David received a couple of promotions and was working long hours to provide for the family. The children grew quickly, and time was passing.
2000 – Empty Nest and the Kids Have Families of Their Own
Sally and David are happy to be grandparents. The children grew up, attended college, and started their own careers. Sarah, the oldest daughter has the first two grandchildren and their daughter-in-law is halfway through her first pregnancy. Their own parents are aging and having health problems. They moved to the same community and Sally hired Palm Beach Care Management to provide compassionate consultation on the best way to help care for her aging mother’s extensive health care needs. Her mother passed away at the age of 83 after a battle with cancer. Her father passed away a couple of years after her mother.
2020 – Aging in Place with Grace and Dignity
Sally and David are aging themselves and recently David had open-heart surgery. Sally struggles to care for his needs so her daughter recommended that it would be good to hire Palm Beach Care Management to help oversee David’s care needs.
